About this class

What you need

You already have a practice cut and want episodes 2–4 to look like the same show.

What you’ll learn

Your first episode looks great — but episode two barely resembles the original characters. That is a production workflow problem. This course teaches you how to fix character consistency, manage assets in bulk, and select the best shot clips. You will also learn how to build a long-term, repeatable update rhythm that fits your existing habits, so you can publish more efficiently and stay consistent over time.

What you’ll build

  • 1A folder structure and naming system you can still find three months later
  • 2A character consistency check before every animation pass
  • 3A weekly publish schedule you can actually stick to
